Seguinus pledges a vineyard at "Collo de Infurcatos" to the Knights Hospitaller of Vic in return for a loan of 11 morabetins.
January 1, 1131
Be it known to all that I, Seguinus, pledge to the Hospital of Jerusalem an
established vineyard with land which I have in Collo de Infurcatos. It borders on the east
with the alod of the said Hospital, on the south with the road, on the west with the
vineyard of Ramon Bofill, and on the north with the alod that belonged to Amat the
shoemaker. As much as is contained within these boundaries so I pledge the said vineyard
with its land to the aforesaid Hospital for 11 legitimate morabetins. I hand over from my
control into the law and power of the said Hospital this vineyard and land with all its
entrances and exits, to hold until the next Feast of Saint Michael. By this date I will return
to the said Hospital the said debt, which unless I do, I shall not be able to redeem this
between on Feast of Saint Michael and the next. If anyone breaks this agreement, let him
pay double compensation to the said Hospital and its brethren, and let this remain forever
valid.
