Valčncia, sister of Ramon Pere d'Erill, gives a man in Palomera, another in Esperan, and a third in Enrens to the monastery.

July 29, 1167.

In the name of God. I Valčncia, sister of Ramon Pere d'Erill, give my body, soul and all that I have to God and the Virgin Mary and the church of Laxaix, under the hand and power of Abbot Pere and Pere, Prior of Sant Genís, and Ramon de Vilba, and Calvet de Buera, and Pere Arnau de Araons, and canon Matthew. I therefore give a man in Palomera named Bernat Baró and his sons, daughters, and entire posterity with all that he has today or shall in future acquire. And another man in Esperan named Bernat Pere and his sons, daughters, and entire posterity with all that he has today or shall in future acquire. And another man in Enrens named Bernat Pere and his sons, daughters and entire posterity with all that he has today or shall in future acquire. From my law I convey them into the lordship and power of the church of Lavaix and abbot Pere and the entire congregation of that same place for its own alod, to do with whatever it wishes. If indeed anyone comes against this charter to disrupt its provisions, let him not win but rather incur the wrath of God and with Datan and Abiron let him be received in the lowest part of hell and pay fourfold compensation. May this charter now and for all time remain firm and unaltered.
